William Horsley
President, Founder, Claims Specialist
William Horsley founded Horse & Crown in 2010 and brings decades of construction and claims management experience to the team. His extensive construction background encompasses everything from - drywall and framing, to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, all aspects of roofing and more. Mr. Horsley successfully leverages his diverse experience with a lengthy history of preparing detailed, accurate estimates for daily, catastrophe, complex liability and large loss property claims, to provide essential support and expertise as an Appraiser, Umpire, Dispute Resolution Consultant, Estimator and Expert Witness for a variety of property loss and construction dispute claims and litigation. He also brings a wealth of deposition and trial experience to Horse & Crown and holds the following licenses and certifications:

Vice-President, Claims Specialist
Nikki Horsley serves as Vice-President of Horse and Crown and has over 6 years of claims adjusting experience encompassing a wide range of daily homeowner, hail, water, plumbing, vandalism, theft, flood and catastrophe claims. Her background also includes obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Primary Education, as well as three years of military service. Ms. Horsley is a licensed Public Adjuster who successfully leverages her diverse experience with exceptional communication and collaboration skills to provide clients and business partners unparalleled customer service, prompt, accurate estimating, appraisal services and more. She also provides direct oversight for all office operations and maintains the following licenses and certifications:
